


Fabian – Woodwinds, Brass & Band Teacher

Fabian is a performer, composer, and conductor, having earned his Bachelor of Music
degree at the University of Toronto. He specializes in woodwinds, teaching clarinet,
saxophone, and flute as well as theory. He has taught both within the private and public
sectors of music education, having done one-on-one lessons to leading and directing
concert bands.
Fabian is an active music educator as well as performer, leading occasional bands around
Toronto, as well as playing in music festivals and musicals, in productions such as
“Anastasia” in Meadowville Theatre, performing with the University of Toronto Bigband, as
well playing in small orchestral/chamber ensembles.
Fabian has a background in all forms of music, from Latin to classical to jazz and so forth. This
variety of experience allows him to bring out the best in his students in terms of technicality
and musically. Along with his positive and exciting outlook on music, he creates a classroom
environment where all students can flourish.
