Jacob is a Toronto-based guitarist with a deep passion for jazz, yet he brings a versatile skill set that spans across a wide range of musical genres. Born and raised in Toronto, Jacob’s musical journey began at a young age, and his dedication to the craft has led him to pursue an honours degree in Music from Humber College. During his studies, he had the privilege of learning from some of Canada’s top jazz musicians, including Lorn Lofsky, Trevor Giancola, Jocelyn Gould, and Nathan Hiltz.

As both a sideman and bandleader, Jacob has gained extensive performance experience, playing at numerous venues throughout Toronto. His diverse musical background allows him to connect with students across various styles, making learning both engaging and dynamic.
